The fans of James Patterson won’t want to miss his newest book, Step on a crack, but get out the tissue. Norman Gloff of Taft, Tennessee said, “It’s a very good book. It has an interesting twist on hostages, money and kidnappers.” Detective Michael Bennett and his wife have adopted ten kids, and now she lies dying of cancer.
